Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. The following cancellation and refund policy applies to Catch A Tryp reservations unless a specific service, special event, private booking, tour, or promotion states otherwise.

Standard Cancellation & Refund Policy

3 days or more before your scheduled Tryp: 100% refund.
2 days before your scheduled Tryp: 50% refund.
1 day before your scheduled Tryp: 25% refund.
Same-day cancellations and no-shows: Non-refundable.

Refund eligibility is based on the scheduled pickup date and time of the reservation.

Late Arrivals & No-Shows

Customers are responsible for being ready at their selected pickup location at their scheduled pickup time. Failure to arrive for a scheduled Tryp may be considered a no-show and is non-refundable.

Catch A Tryp Service Grace Period

Catch A Tryp allows a service grace period of approximately 5–10 minutes due to traffic, road conditions, weather, special events, temporary closures, mechanical issues, emergencies, or other unforeseen circumstances or acts of God.

A vehicle arriving within this grace period is not considered late for purposes of cancellation or refund eligibility.

Service Interruptions & Cancellations by Catch A Tryp

Catch A Tryp may delay, modify, reschedule, or cancel a reservation when service cannot safely or reasonably be provided due to severe weather, unsafe road conditions, road closures, special-event restrictions, vehicle or mechanical issues, emergencies, government restrictions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

If Catch A Tryp cancels your reservation and does not provide the service, you will be eligible for a 100% refund of the amount paid for that reservation.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the reservation. After Catch A Tryp issues a refund, the time required for the funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.

Special Events, Tours & Private Bookings

Certain special events, tours, private Tryps, weddings, parties, group bookings, promotional fares, or other specialty services may have separate cancellation and refund terms. When separate terms apply, they will be disclosed before booking and will control for that reservation.

Agreement to Policy

By completing a reservation with Catch A Tryp and acknowledging the Refund & Cancellation Policy during checkout, you agree to the cancellation, refund, no-show, and service-grace-period terms described above.
